Esteem Auto Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO/TS 16949:2016 certified leading manufacturer and exporter of high-precision castings and fully machined components for automotive, industrial, and general engineering applications in India. With over 38 years of manufacturing expertise, we have evolved into a trusted supplier to global OEMs and Tier-1 clients. Our team of over 500 experienced professionals ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality parts with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Our operations are based in Rajkot, India, where we have recently expanded with a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to Green Sand Casting and Shell Molding. Our foundry is equipped with advanced induction melting systems, a high-pressure green sand molding line, automated shell molding with core shooters, and over 300 centrifugal casting machines. These capabilities allow us to produce a wide range of complex and critical components including pump housings, valve bodies, manifolds, brake parts, and gearbox covers.

Complementing our foundry is a fully equipped, independent machine shop capable of precision machining of castings, forgings, bars, sheets, and other metallic components. We operate advanced CNC and VMC machines from MAZAK and HAAS, supported by specialized tooling and fixturing for high-efficiency, high-accuracy machining. Our in-house quality assurance lab features CMMs, Equator from Renishaw, profile projectors, surface finish testers, and hardness and tensile testers. We also maintain strict chemical composition control with an on-site spectrometer (Spectromaxx, Germany), ensuring every component meets international specifications including ASTM, DIN, IS, and BS standards. Additionally, we offer laser marking for clear part identification and traceability.
