Our job is to select and source the best varieties of fruit from all over the world and transform them into fruit purées, crushes and coulis made of natural ingredients, providing precise traceability and flawless food safety.

Since 1946, we have been working in our workshops in Correze, France to preserve the original taste of carefully selected raw ingredients.

We supply our products to all gastronomy professionals, including hotels, restaurants, patisseries, bars, specialist distributors and manufacturers for sweet and savoury creations, plus drinks.

It is the original taste of a fruit that nature gives us if we respect it. We source exceptional, rare and exclusive fruit, harvested when ripe and processed with care as close as possible to the orchards, as quickly as possible.
