Our growers specialize in the use of the NC advanced micro-propagated and virus-tested certified seed program. This creates a more consistent crop, increased yields, and smoother skin on the sweet potatoes. Nash Produce offers 4 varieties – Covingtons, Covingtons Organic, Murasaki, Bonitas. Our staff will assist you in selecting the correct sweet potato for your retail, foodservice, wholesale and processing needs.
