If you have ever ordered an “A Grade” veneer that did not meet your expectation, but were told by the manufacturer that it was well within spec, then you have visited a place we call “Veneer Hell”. And while you won’t find “Veneer Hell” on any map, we all know exactly where it can be found: North of the HPVA Specification and South of your Customer’s Expectation. It is a place that we have been keeping our customers out of since 1929.
