Marie’s began at Marie’s Café in Seattle in 1959, when chef Harold Smith shared his freshly crafted blue cheese dressing with Marie herself. It quickly became a signature: customers lined up for crisp salads topped with the creamy, tangy recipe, and soon the café was bottling it for local stores.
Today, Marie’s is still known for our iconic Chunky Blue Cheese, a fan favorite in the Refrigerated Dressing category. But the portfolio has grown to include vinaigrettes, dips, and an array of flavors perfect for salads, marinades, and game-day wings. This year, Marie’s product portfolio is expanding further with the launch of Marie’s Minis Ranch small cups: convenient single-serve portions that make it easier than ever to dip, snack, and enjoy your favorite dressings anywhere.
