The brand of Yangjiang Shibazi Group’s “Shibazi Zuo”(Means: Made by Shibazi) began in the 1930s. The company has developed from traditional manual production of carbon steel kitchen knives to a modern and mechanized scale. It produces thousands of specifications that can meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets. It’s a comprehensive large-scale brand enterprise integrating scientific research, steelmaking, production, sales, and tourism services.
The quality of “Shibazi Zuo” knives has always been inseparable from two main lines. One is the guarantee of the entire industry chain, extending from knife-making to steel smelting technology control. Master the process technology of metallurgical preparation of materials, including the relationship between material and cutlery performance, and then grasp, improve, and continuously develop the entire life cycle of knife technology and production process manufacturing, including trying product recycling and reuse; the second is the entire process monitoring, that is, at the node of the industrial chain entirely, all processes are identified, designed, implemented, and continuously improved to form a Shibazi’s unique quality management system, namely the “Shibazi dual quality mode”.
