Rauschert is a global producer of advanced technical ceramics, working with our customers to design and manufacture the highest quality ceramic components for their specific application. We were founded in 1898, and have been an independent company since that time. Our corporate office and main manufacturing facilities are located in Germany. We have 12 manufacturing sites worldwide, and 9 additional sales locations; understanding our local customers and their markets are key to our success. Rauschert offers a range of both advanced and traditional ceramic materials for a variety of applications. Our advanced technical ceramic materials include both oxide and non-oxide materials and can be manufactured into unfinished blanks, finished components, pressed near net shape components and highly complex machined parts. Our forming processes include injection molding, both uniaxial and isostatic pressing and extrusion. Our Inopor brand ceramic membrane elements and modules are used for microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration in challenging applications. These products can be used for concentration of suspensions and emulsions; clarification to remove suspended particles and fractionation of product mixtures by separation of low- and high-molecular components.
