At Food Dudes (also known as Idaho Ancient Grains) we believe better bread starts in healthy soil. We’re a family farm growing these Ancient Grains including Khorasan and Spelt, milling them fresh, and sharing them with bakers who care about health, flavor, nourishment, and where their food comes from.
Supplying Khorasan and Spelt whole grains as well as a Khorasan White All-Purpose Flour, which is very versatile and so much easier to digest than modern grains.
