Boichik Bagels is a Berkeley, CA based serious NY-style bagel brand founded by New Jersey native, Emily Winston. With 12 retail bagel shops and a line of frozen, pre-sliced CPG bagels, we are dedicated to bringing the absolute best bagels to the bagel loving community at large. We self manufacture and feature an organic, clean ingredient list. Our bagels are proofed, kettle boiled, and stone deck oven baked creating a soft pillowy inside with that perfect crusty chew.
