Tienda Salsita

Tienda Salsita is a Northern California–based producer of premium, stone-ground salsas and chile oils, rooted in traditional Mexican cooking and thoughtful sourcing. We work with seasonal produce from small, sustainable farms in California and Mexico, prioritizing long-standing relationships with growers we know personally.

Knowing where our ingredients come from, and who grows them, allows us to work with care, intention, and respect for the process. Every batch is made by hand, stone-ground, and never relies on fillers or preservatives—because great salsa starts with great ingredients.

While inspired by Mexican tradition, our salsas are made for everyday cooking. Salsa means sauce, and we design ours to live well beyond the chip. They’re meant to be cooked with, layered into meals, spooned into soups and beans, spread onto sandwiches, brushed onto vegetables and proteins, and used anywhere a deeply flavorful sauce belongs. Salsa thats more than a dip!
