Acetaia Sereni specializes in the production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, but also of a series of fine condiments that do not adhere to any specification.
A distinctive feature is certainly the complete management of the supply chain. In fact, the company directly cultivates 25 hectares of vineyards of Lambrusco Grasparossa and Trebbiano grape, native vines, and processes them internally on the estate, until obtaining the cooked must to start the various productions on site.
The aging room is spectacular, where more than 1,500 barrels are stored in ideal climatic conditions, arranged in different capacities and qualities of wood, essential containers for the maturation of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P..
