Since 2009, Beyond The Olive has been improving the meals and health of our customers by providing the most highly coveted flavorful and tested California Grown extra virgin olive oils and olive products along with our vinegars and jams.
We seek out the best products for your enjoyment – either we make them ourselves or we find small farmers who grow exceptional fruit for the oil. With a family of cooks, engineers and central valley farmers, I grew up with an appreciation for our land and the food it provides us. We have the flexibility and integrity to source from multiple small sustainable farms for the best flavor profiles. We are constantly tasting and evaluating oils and vinegars to bring you the best.
