International Polymer Engineering (IPE)

IPE is a custom Porous PTFE (ePTFE) manufacturer for medical and industrial markets for over 30 years.  FluoroFlex^TM ePTFE material has unique properties providing a soft and flexible non-woven micro-porous material capable of withstanding cryogenic and working temperatures up to 260C. This material also has great chemical resistance, low dielectric properties, high lubricity, as well as being hydrophobic in low pressure applications.  FluoroFlex^TM ePTFE materials have been used for filtrations, degassing/aeration, instrument/sensor covers, insulators, facial reconstruction, dental barriers, suture products, cardiovascular applications, and a wide variety of long-term implant products. 

IPE has the capability of producing ePTFE tubing, sheet, unique profiles, custom configurations, and composite PTFE/ePTFE tubing. We are currently an ISO 13485 certified company that uses Class VI certified PTFE resins and fabricates in cleanroom environments. IPE supports its fabrication with full product history records and material traceability.
