MAG Turbo-M55 is high-speed motor–driven turbo blower with magnetic bearing for aeration system of wastewater treatment plant.MAG Turbo-M55 covers flow range from approximately 10000 to 32000 scfm and discharge pressure from 7.25 to 14.5 psig, as design point. The medium voltage high speed drive system contributes to the performance of MAG Turbo with extremely high efficiency and it saves much energy.
Our cutting-edge control technologies, AMB(Active Magnetic Bearing) control and Dual Flow Control, are applied to MAG Turbo-M55, they bring ultimate energy cost saving to the conventional wastewater treatment plant.Especially Dual Flow Control System is a combination of variable speed control and variable inlet guide vane brings high off-design performance and wide operation range.The impeller is prepared for project by project in order to optimize its performance. The design point can be arbitrarily selected from this selection range according to the operation plan of the plant. Kawasaki believes that MAG-M55 is a good option for the renewal demand for aeration blowers in the United States.
