Our scallops are cultivated in the clean waters of Sechura Bay, located in the Pacific Ocean off Peru’s coast. This location offers a naturally sweet and creamy texture, enriched by nutrients from the Humboldt Current. We carefully handle our scallops from harvest through processing, ensuring top-quality texture and flavor. Our scallops are 100% natural, traceable, and free from chemicals, microplastics, water, mercury, and additives.

Arteseans sea and bay half-shell scallops are hand-shucked and naturally attached to their shells. Scallops are available in the following sizes: 10-20, 20-30, and 30-40.

 We are the direct source for sashimi-grade, individually quick-frozen Peruvian scallops on the half shell. We maintain year-round stock in Los Angeles, CA, and Miami, FL. The Seafood Watch Program at the Monterey Bay Aquarium rates our Pacific Peruvian scallops as a “Best Choice.” They are rich in protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin B12, and Zinc.
