Baker Perkins is a trusted technology brand of Coperion. Baker Perkins offers equipment for a variety of sectors including bread, cookie, cracker, confectionery, cereal, snack and pet treats. We offer individual pieces of equipment, full lines and with all of the brands that are a part of Coperion we can offer full integrated lines from material handling through to the point of packaging. For the cookie and pet treat industries we will have a full range of wirecuts and rotary moulders on display, including our new Frozen Dough Mini machine. These machines can be used for making a variety of products including cookies, mini cookies, high inclusion cookies, frozen dough cookies or bulk packed dough, bars and dog bones and other pet treat. We will have a MultiTex4 Bread Moulder, Seeder and a newly designed Accurist Divider on the stand for those in the bread industry. Finally, for the confectionery and chewy pet treat area we will have a ServoForm Mini Depositor. We offer a full range of equipment for making center-filled, multi-colored, layered or swirled designs that can range in many shapes or sizes. The equipment can be used to make a full range of products including hard candies, gummies, caramels, lollipops or chewy treats.
