The Blachford Mississauga production facility is SAFE FEED/SAFE FOOD (SF/SF) certified to manufacture CALCIUM STEARATE Powders meeting FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT (FSMA) requirements, incorporating HACCP and GMP practices.

Blachford’s vegetable based CALCIUM STEARATE products impart Waterproofing and Anti-Caking properties to Dry Products, such as Premix, Concentrate, VTM (Vitamin, Trace Mineral), Complete Feed, Feed Additives and Feed Packs. Blachford CALCIUM STEARATE also acts as a Binder and Release Agent in Salt Licks and Pellets.

All Blachford products are non-GMO (genetically modified organisms), pose no risk for BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy) and are free of chick-edema factor.
