Bridgford is a fourth generation, family owned and operated business. Bridgford makes all our meat snacks in Chicago, IL – we do not use co-packers. Our product is produced in a brand new, state of the art facility, located on the South-side of Chicago. The facility is SQF level II Certified, and the plant serves as the Regional Circuit headquarters for the USDA.
Bridgford’s SWEET BABY RAY’S beef jerky is a result of a co-branding partnership with Ken’s Foods, owners of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce. Bridgford’s unique process and marination results in a great tasting, tender, beef jerky! Sweet Baby Ray’s is the # 1 BBQ Sauce in the USA, and the partnership drives trial of our products and brings new customers to the set. According to Nielsen data, Bridgford is one of the top selling jerky brands in the country based on dollar and unit sales. Consistently tender, great tasting jerky is the key to our success. We offer a line of 1.25-oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Beef Jerky available in Original, Sweet N Spicy, and Sweet Teriyaki; 1.5-oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Smokehouse Sausage Sticks Original Recipe; 0.8-oz Pepperoni & Cheese and Beef & Cheddar Sticks and 1-oz Pepperoni and Italian Salami Sticks. Bridgford also offers a line 0.75-oz bags of Sweet Baby Ray’s Beef Jerky in Original, Sweet N Spicy, and Sweet Teriyaki varieties.
