Listing Description

The CMA was formed in 1998 by a group of custom cabinetmakers who saw the need for a professional organization to serve small- to mid-size woodworking shops. Nearly all CMA member operations are composed of 20 of fewer employees, with the majority of businesses employing 1-5 individuals.

Success in the woodworking trade requires a combination of practical skill, creative thinking, and professional development. Membership in the Cabinet Makers Association helps you develop all three, offering ongoing opportunities for career growth.

Connect: Gain instant access to feedback and advice from peers and stay on top of industry innovations and events.

Engage: Participate in CMA leadership teams and encourage excellence in woodworking by acknowledging and promoting members’ professional accomplishments.

Learn: Familiarize yourself with industry advances, design trends, new equipment and peer projects through programs and publications designed exclusively for woodworking professionals.
