Our woven wire cloth offerings include a broad range of stainless steel and high-nickel alloy meshes, available in micron ratings from 2 to 6000. We maintain a large inventory of mesh patterns and specialty weaves, including custom High Flow Weaves, for immediate delivery. In addition to product selection, we provide value-added services such as slitting, shearing, laser cutting, annealing, and sintering, allowing us to supply ready-to-use components tailored to your specific application.
Our technical welded wire mesh capabilities support wire sizes from .250″ down to .015″, with welding available in round, square, and custom geometric configurations. We manufacture welded mesh in rolls, sheets, and precision-formed parts, all available in a wide range of alloys. For high-performance filtration applications, we offer welded sandwich media—combinations of woven and welded fabrics that can be pleated to deliver high flow rates and robust structural support.
At our Spring, Texas facility, we produce advanced sintered wire cloth and diffusion-bonded metal filters. These products combine woven wire layers, metal fibers, and perforated plates to create durable, high-strength media with fixed pore geometry and exceptional mechanical properties.
