Mesh Welding Lines:
PL AKK Series: new standards in mesh production, eliminating idle times and at least doubles productivity compared to conventional welding lines. All types of mesh are produced instantly, without any adjustments. Machine concept allows automatic mesh spacing/dimensions changes. Wire feeding by a single coil replaces all line wire coils, where double line and cross wire de-coiling stations ensure continuous operation, since a continuous feeding of coils is achieved. Patented wire feeding allows diameter changes instantly, for multiple diameter changes without time and production loss. Capable of producing large/small batches-orders (or even one-off orders) consecutively without any downtime
PL X-Y Series: production of precast, customized, engineering and architectural mesh. Any type of mesh (openings, different lengths and diameters in the same mesh etc) can be produced instantly without any adjustments. With two types of bending units: servo-driven multi-function modules for bending of individually selected line & cross wire overhands on the openings and perimeter of the mesh and/or for the simultaneous bending of all line & cross wires. Capable of producing large and small batches-orders consecutively without any downtime. The PATENTED extremely fast and automatic coil changing system enables the processing of different re-bar diameters in the same mesh. Automatic Re-bar STRAIGHTENING & CUTTING MACHINE, processing up to six interchangeable coils with advanced (5G) hyperbolic roller straightening technology. Additionally, high output welding machines are offered for the production of wall reinforcements (ladder/truss type mesh) lattice girders, mesh/bar spacers and dowel baskets. Rebar/Wire straightening, the MELC Series: Using our own invented Rotor principle -with hyperbolic rollers- adopted today by the majority of rebar machinery manufacturers. Already in the 5th generation our Rotor is ahead of the competition, with unmatched advantages: Minimizing downtime as continuous straightening adjustments are not needed.
Straightening of high tensile steel is achieved.

Cutting is achieved through a flying shear cutter
Design simplicity allows construction of multi-line machines. Each line works independently from the others, either at any combination or all of them together. Furthermore, each line has a dedicated collecting bin and can cut the same or different lengths.
Different rotor sizes are available, covering diameters up to 50mm, (2”) of deformed, recessed wire, or rebar of any grade.
