Federal specializes in world-class net weight & level filling systems for free-flowing liquids. We serve a wide range of industries from food and beverage applications such as dairy, juice, water, edible oils, sauces, nutritional drinks, and protein supplements, to other high-value retail applications including automotive lubricants and additives, household cleaners and disinfectants, personal care products, agricultural chemicals, paints, and more.

Federal’s net weight filling technology is ideal for applications needing exact dosing, with noncontact filling accuracy of up to ±0.1% to minimize the giveaway of valuable products. We handle a full range of container types including bottles, cans, jugs, pails, drums, and totes, with filling capacities ranging from 1 ounce (29.6 milliliters) to 250 gallons (946.4 liters) at speeds up to 1,000 containers per minute (CPM). Designed and available in multiple configurations, including monobloc filler/cappers or tribloc rinser/filler/cappers, as well as standalone fillers, all Federal filling systems are engineered with a focus on accuracy, cleanability, quick changeover, and low maintenance.

Federal’s level fillers are recognized for their dependable machine performance in demanding environments, and available in four configurations with speeds up to 185 CPM. Federal also offers multiple filling valve options to meet our customers’ specific production requirements.
