Guan’s Mushroom

Guan’s Mushroom is a family owned mushroom grower and distributor with a focus on specialty and exotic mushrooms. We are based out of Los Angeles with distribution warehouses in San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York City, and Toronto to cover both most of North America. We currently have farms in California, Canada, and Pennsylvania dedicated to growing specialty mushroom including Shiitake, Oyster, King Oyster, Maitake, Lion’s Mane, and many more. We service both foodservice and retail with pack sizes ranging from 3.5oz to 5lbs. We are able to customize our cuts and packaging to meet all of our customers needs.
