We are the first ever authentically smoked cheese puff and potato chip company. All of our products are smoked by burning real hickory wood and covered with pitmaster inspired rubs that took years to get right. Opening a bag of Low and Slow smells like walking into your favorite BBQ joint or opening the door to your backyard smoker, an experience impossible to create from just seasoning alone. Why? Because we believe the only respectable way to make BBQ anything is to smoke it Low and Slow.
