Optical Zonu Corp. is a manufacturer of commercial, government, and military RF signal transport over fiber solutions. Based in Los Angeles, OZC offers a wide variety of flexible building blocks from OEM boards and modules to IP67 outdoor enclosures and 19” rack mount systems. Basic applications include antenna remoting for 5G NTN/D2D ground segments and fiber transport in the range 10 kHz to 60 GHz. Additional applications include timing/synchronization signal transport (GNSS, 1PPS, IRIG-B, 10 MHz) and satellite phone distribution over fiber. Optical Zonu’s 19″ rack mounted J3U quad plug-ins provide high density RF – 64 signals per 3Ru. Flexible AGC configurations accommodate very high dynamic range fiber links. Analog RF transport over fiber exceeds DIFI performance with respect to – latency, complexity, phase/jitter, SFDR, rack space, and power consumption. Optical Zonu’s Managed RFoF provides overall system management via GUI and SNMP v2/v3.
