We make 100% plant-based jerky made from seitan! Seitan is a wheat-based protein, which we blend with lentils to form a complete protein with all the essential amino acids. We started making our jerky because we found that most plant-based jerkies on the market were either low in nutrients or lacking in flavor. We built a plant-based jerky that delivers both. For tasty snack lovers, we offer 6 bold flavors: Smokehouse Maple, Island Teriyaki, Not Quite Carolina BBQ, Al Pastor, Caribbean Fusion, and Sweet & Hot.
