SpliceGeist automates the technical workflows that facilities have been solving by hand, one project at a time. The platform currently handles:

• Dailies: Fully automated dailies pipeline from camera ingest through delivery, including format detection, color management, burn-ins, watermarking, multiple output formats, and metadata tagging.
• Conform: Automated clip matching that handles the chaos of real productions, from disorganized media to duplicate filenames to stripped timecode. Validates results against both metadata and visual reference.
• VFX: Multi-vendor, multi-element shot tracking with automated pull generation, naming validation, and delivery monitoring.
• Deliverables: Intelligent format management driven by delivery schedules and project specs captured at onboarding.

The platform is modular, facility-deployable, and built for security-conscious environments. Each facility gets its own isolated database, local processing hardware, and an optional cloud portal for client access. Air-gap capable. TPN-ready.

We built SpliceGeist from inside the problem. Where others have failed, we succeeded.
