I am interested in becoming an exhibitor for IPPE. Here’s an overview of what we do. My name is Veronica Royal; I’m the Project manager/ Coordinator of Tuskegee University’s Meat and Poultry Processing Technical Assistance (TU MPPTA). Our program supports USDA’s meat and poultry supply chain expansion and diversification initiatives by providing technical assistance to federal grant applicants and to grant-supported projects in the following area(s) scope(s): as a

SCOPE II: Agricultural Business Development Technical Assistance
SCOPE III: Meat and Poultry Processing Technical Assistance
SCOPE IV: Supply Chain Development Technical Assistance
Tuskegee University’s Meat and Poultry Processing Technical Assistance (TU MPPTA) program will primarily address the needs of participants in the Alabama Blackbelt Region and throughout the greater Southeastern US (SE), specifically Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, Arkansas, and West Virginia as well as other 1890 Land-Grant Institution (LGI) states, including Texas, Ohio, Missouri, Delaware, and Oklahoma. Further, the TU MPPTA will work closely as appropriate to broadly support the USDA’s efforts beyond these areas. We are looking to connect with Program Leaders, Specialists, and County Staff in these states with clientele interested in meat and poultry processing.
