ViscoTec manufactures dosing & filling systems and dosing components for semi- and fully-automatic production plants and assembly processes. In the field of e-mobility, ViscoTec is suitable for a wide range of dispensing applications: Dispensing of electrolyte in battery cells, application of thermal conductive pastes on battery modules, sealing of battery packs, application of resin masses, bonding of magnets, impregnation of electric motors or potting of electrical components. The material to be used is dispensed pulsation-free and even abrasive materials and materials with a high filler content can be processed with low wear. ViscoTec dosing systems based on the endless piston principle offer excellent conditions for processing all low to high viscosity 1 and 2 component materials, e.g. gap fillers and liquid seals or in potting and bonding applications, for example in the production of battery cells, battery modules and battery packs for e-mobility.
