Western Colloid manufactures water-based “Fluid Applied Reinforced Roofing” systems designed to indefinitely extend the life of worn or aging flat roofs. We have 3 manufacturing facilities in California and Texas. Systems are designed for application to BUR, Gravel, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply and Metal roofs. Systems are are FM 4470 Class 1 tested and approved. Additional approvals include UL, ICC-ES and Dade County. We manufacture energy saving “Cool Roof” reflective coatings that meet California “Title 24” standards and are registered by the Cool Roof Rating Council. We provide extensive field training for the application of all of our products and systems. We provide many of our products in bulk jobsite tankers eliminating the need for container disposal and improving the efficiency of the application crews. System warranties offered from 5 to 20 years..
