-We design and make almost all molds and fixtures by ourselves.
– Incoming raw material inspection: Chemical composition, Microstructure and mechanical property.
-We check the diameter ,hardness, flaw detection by test equipment like ZEISS CMM, Projector Instrument, Ultrasonic test, and hardness tester.
-XS owns a 2500ton forging production line, welding robots ,Laser cutting machines, and over 350 Machining equipments.
