This state-of-the-art production hub integrates precision metalworking, modular equipment assembly, anti-corrosion coating, and quality control, ensuring durability, scalability, and consistency in every unit we produce.
Our flagship SCSR-MBBR integrated system combines A²O biological treatment with high-efficiency PPC bio-carriers to deliver exceptional nitrogen and phosphorus removal in a compact, intelligent format. With remote monitoring, low energy consumption, and a service life exceeding 15 years, the system consistently meets and exceeds Grade I-A discharge standards. SCSR equipment is widely deployed across diverse scenarios including rural domestic sewage, healthcare and hospital wastewater, livestock and agricultural effluent, scenic and ecological zones, highway service areas, food processing and catering wastewater, and pharmaceutical or light industrial wastewater—offering a scalable, efficient, and adaptable solution for varied treatment challenges.
Zeheng currently treats over 92 million gallons (350,000 m³) of wastewater daily. Through the EPC+O model, we’ve delivered landmark projects like the Xinzheng Rural Sewage Project—spanning 138 villages, 225 treatment stations, and 1,300 km of pipelines—earning national recognition and multiple awards for technical excellence and operational performance.
