Once the best variety of tomatoes and vegetables have gone through a rigorous and specific selection, they are partially grilled or dried at a low temperature for several hours in order to enhance their flavor. They are then impregnated with Mediterranean aromas. The secret of our products’ unique flavor and color is our respect for the product at every stage of its transformation process.
