Family owned and operated since 1978, Brookwood Farms provides barbecue products and BBQ sandwiches across foodservice, retail, school, convenience and vending segments via national distribution. Utilizing 400 yards of proprietary barbecue pits, Brookwood Farms smokes meat over live charcoal which creates a natural smoke flavor. Products include pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, chicken barbecue, pork carnitas, BBQ sandwiches for vending and micro markets.
