Maui Cocktail Kits brings authentic Hawaiian mixology to retailers with artisanal DIY infusion kits featuring farm-grown botanicals from our Pukalani, Maui operation. Founded by Katy, a veteran bartender with 25+ years at Hawaii’s premier properties including Duke’s Canoe Club Waikiki and Four Seasons Maui, we’ve transformed professional bar craft into a scalable retail product.
Our farm-to-glass kits contain locally-grown hibiscus, butterfly pea flowers, roselle, and lilikoi. Consumers add their preferred spirit or water for mocktails, infuse, and enjoy craft beverages at home. Currently in 14 Maui retail locations, we’re seeking West Coast distribution partners and expanding with innovative mocktail flavors.
