We produce our chocolate according to the same artisanal spirit that inspired Paul Caffarel back in 1826, preserving both timing and methods of a traditional production. Even today, since 1826, the finest chocolate and the best selection of hazelnuts are the most important ingredients for Caffarel uniqueness. We are among the few ones to produce chocolate starting from cocoa bean. We carefully select, process and blend the best quality cocoa beans from the world’s most renowned origins. We only use the best Italian hazelnuts freshly selected, picked and roasted together with the finest cocoa beans, offering our customers the ultimate velvety chocolate experience in an authentic masterpiece. We proudly produce all our products in Luserna San Giovanni, a small Italian town located at the foot of Italian Alps, near Turin.
