• Robotic Palletizing: Whether it’s for integrating an end-of-line palletizer in a manufacturing facility or within a centralized palletizing area, NūMove’s palletizers can handle products individually, by row, or by full layer.
• Robotic Mixed Palletizing: A range of high-performance, flexible, and software-driven solutions designed to tackle the challenges of multi-SKU palletizing.
• Semi-Automated Mixed-Load Palletizing: Pallet handling is performed automatically while one or two operators perform the mixed palletizing in an ergonomic fashion to reach higher throughputs.
• Robotic Depalletizing: Vision-guided depalletizing systems are designed so we can unload single-SKU pallets, multi-SKU pallets, and rainbow pallets. Products can be depalletized by layer, row, or individually, depending on the customer’s product mix and desired throughput.
• Automated Storage: A modular case ASRS especially well-suited for the high and medium movers in the beer and beverage industry.
• Case Packing: Vision-guided solutions where robots pick products to place them into cases in a precise way. Can also create mixed pack cases.
