In all of our doughs, we use our own natural yeasts and sourdough starters, which together with long proofing times, ensure that the crusts are light and easy to digest. It’s very cost- and time-efficient, especially in today’s times with the labor shortages, etc – plus there is no waste. You take from the freezer what you need. No need for a highly trained pizzaiolo. Pull from freezer, thaw, top, and bake! You will have a fantastic pizza that your guests will love!
