Xcaliber International was founded in 2001, in response to a growing urgency in the cigarette industry: a premium cigarette experience at a 4th tier price. Over two decades later, Xcaliber International’s 500,000 square-foot complex features a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with multiple high-speed production lines, a raw tobacco processing facility and a world-class, ISO-certified laboratory.
